Dr. Mohammed Amin Araghiniknam, known to his patients as Dr. Niknam, is a foot and ankle surgeon at Dynamic Medical Centers, dedicated to helping patients overcome foot and ankle pain, restore mobility, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Raised in Minnesota, Dr. Niknam completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota before earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
He then completed a rigorous 36-month Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency with Reconstructive Rearfoot/Ankle Surgery (PMSR/RRA) at Henry Ford Health – Providence Medical Center in Southfield, Michigan, where he trained in a high-volume surgical environment. Dr. Niknam was exposed to a broad range of complex foot and ankle conditions, developing extensive experience in reconstructive surgery, advanced wound care, diabetic foot management, and limb salvage, caring for patients with both routine concerns and high-risk lower-extremity conditions.
Dr. Niknam is board-qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS). He was awarded scholarships from both the Podiatry Insurance Corporation of America and the American Podiatric Medical Association Educational Foundation. He has also completed advanced professional training in foot and ankle arthroscopy, as well as trauma and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Niknam’s clinical approach highlights individualized treatment and minimally invasive techniques designed to reduce discomfort, support recovery, and help patients get back on their feet.
Dr. Niknam enjoys staying active through fitness and soccer. He also has a strong commitment to service and humanitarian work and hopes to continue giving back through medical mission work and community service throughout his career.
