Dr. Falco is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon in Virginia at Dynamic Medical Centers, committed to providing compassionate, thoughtful, and comprehensive foot and ankle care. He makes each patient’s goals the central focus of every treatment plan, exploring non-surgical treatments before surgery. He is also dedicated to helping his patients and the local community get back on their feet.
Professional Credentials
Dr. Falco grew up in central New Jersey and completed his undergraduate studies at Towson University, earning a degree in Exercise Science. He then went on to complete his podiatric medical education at Barry University.
After medical school, he completed his surgical residency in Washington, DC, at Georgetown University/MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a known Level I trauma center and home to a renowned limb salvage institution. Dr. Falco then completed his fellowship through the University Hospitals Regional Hospitals Advanced Foot and Ankle Fellowship under Dr. Mark Mendeszoon.
During his training, he had the opportunity to work with athletes at every level. Dr. Falco worked with All-State and State Champions; Division I, II, and III athletes; All-Americans; and Olympians, using state-of-the-art techniques to return them to their sport.
He received extensive training in ankle arthroscopy, minimally invasive techniques, sports injuries, ankle sprains, nerve repair and decompression, fracture management, flat foot reconstruction, wound care, external fixation, and Charcot deformity correction.
Leisure Activities
Outside of podiatry, Dr. Falco enjoys staying active and playing just about any sport, with a current emphasis on field hockey. He also has a passion for traveling, mindfulness, and medical product development, but most importantly treasures adventures with his wife.

Having trained alongside athletes from the high school level all the way to the Olympics, he understands what it takes to get patients back to peak performance. He brings that same focus to weekend warriors and active families throughout Virginia. Whenever possible, he prioritizes conservative, non-surgical treatment first.
When surgery is necessary, Dr. Falco is highly skilled in ankle arthroscopy and minimally invasive techniques, as well as complex reconstruction, fracture management, and Charcot deformity correction.
