Balance Issues Physical Therapy in Fredericksburg & Lorton, VA

Balance issues are difficult to stay steady while standing or moving, often caused by inner-ear (vestibular) disorders, muscle weakness, age-related decline, or a neurological condition — and they raise the risk of falls. Physical therapy improves stability through vestibular rehabilitation, balance and strength training, and gait retraining. Dynamic Medical Centers’ physical therapists in Fredericksburg and Lorton assess what’s driving your balance problems and build a program to restore confidence and reduce fall risk.

Balance problems can raise the risk of falls and quietly limit confidence in everyday activities — from walking on uneven ground to simply standing up from a chair. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. This was my first time coming and I had some issues going on with my toe. It was so sore that couldn’t even touch it and how I dreaded going in because the pain was so severe. When I arrived you can feel positive vibes there. From the girls up front desk to the nurse in the back. I had awesome nurse and when I met Dr. Rafii he was awesome. He took the time to listen about the trauma in the past that was done to that right foot and the 2 surgeries that I had on the right ankle. He knew right away what was going on and when in clipped everything and pain free. I got so much relief. I just want to thank the wonderful staff there for you loving care. You guys are the best.
